Recordings made over the COVID 19 pandemic while grieving the loss of family members and celebrating the birth of my daughter between 2020 and 2022. All tracks were made with various combinations of the Make Noise Tape and Microsound Music Machine, field recordings, and the Ciat-Lonbarde Cocoquantus. Each track represents a single sample that was chopped, processed, and layered to celebrate the sonic characteristics of the source material and capture a feeling in time. This work would not have been possible without the support of the Salt Lake Synth Alliance, friends, and family.
